Mailing Ashes/Cremains to Us in Seattle

When you decide to Mail the Cremains to Us, package them properly in a good secure cardboard box. Mail them via the United States Postal Service and declare them as Human Remains. They are handled differently than regular mail and sent as Certified Priority Mail. They will arrive to our Local Post Office and be put in a Locked Box. We then get a notice from our Postal Carrier in our Mailbox that the package has arrived. We then go to the Post Office to pick up the package and are required to show identification to accept the package. FedEx and UPS do not want you to ship Cremains with them so please only use the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost packages, so it's important you to send them securely. If you're in the Seattle area, you may drop them off to us in person, or we can arrange to meet you in person. We also pick up at Funeral Homes and Crematoriums in the greater Seattle Metro Area.
